Delivery Status due to COVID-19
All deliveries are operating on schedule. However, there may be delays caused as a result of local regulations. We’re also taking additional precautions such as frequent handwashing, cleaning of equipment, and use of sanitizer before and after each delivery to ensure the safety of our customers and team members.

Domestic Shipping
These policies apply to domestic orders; to be shipped within the U.S.
Griffin Maille offers Standard shipping on all domestic orders.
Shipping date is based on when your package leaves our shipping department. Please check the Estimated Delivery Day on our product pages before placing the final order.

For Your Protection
As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, there might be a slight delay in shipment of certain orders due to the verification process. For orders that need to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file.
In such cases where you feel your shipment is delayed, please contact our Customer Care and help us expedite your order.
Sales Tax
Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in Texas and Kansas.
If you are shipping to addresses in Texas or Kansas, tax will be charged on the item price minus discount (when discount is applicable). Tax rates within countries vary.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it. In addition to our standard 30-day return policy, all orders placed between Oct. 12, 2020, and Dec. 15, 2020, will be eligible for extended returns or exchange until Jan. 15, 2021.
For domestic customers: We offer FREE return shipping for domestic orders (within USA). To request a return shipping label for your purchase, simply fill the Online Return Form. Returns may take up to one week for processing.
For international customers: For international returns, return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping
We ship international orders by USPS. The arrival time mentioned on our website is applicable only to US shipping addresses. Please contact our Griffin Maille at griffinmaille@gmail.com to know the estimated shipment delivery time of your ordered items.
