Welcome to the Griffin Maille website (the "Site"). Please read the below-mentioned terms carefully, because your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to these terms. Griffin Maille reserves the right to make changes to the Site and to these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will post them here. You may wish to check this section from time to time, because by visiting the Site, you agree to accept any such changes.
Custom Orders:
Every Griffin Maille piece is handmade from scratch out of the finest materials after you place your custom order. We stand behind our product 100% and want you to be completely happy with it. Please allow 5-7 business days for the creation of your custom jewelry; note that shipping is not included in that timeframe. We would like to offer a friendly reminder that each piece is handmade and imperfections add to the charm.
Changing an Order:
Because each piece is custom made to order, once you check out, changes cannot be made. when you receive your piece, if you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange it for you at no additional cost. We stand behind our product 100% and want you to be completely happy with it.
Coupons and Discounts:
Coupons may not be combined and may not apply to any sale items unless otherwise explicitly stated. Promotional offers and discounts can not be retroactively applied.
Shipping:
All available shipping methods, with stated timelines, can be found in the cart upon checkout. International shipping can take 3-6 weeks and we are not responsible for items held up in customs. In the rare event your order is lost in transit once shipped, we are not responsible, but will do what we can to help you locate it. We cannot change the shipping method once an order has been placed.
Returns/Exchanges:
It is important to us that you love your order! If it is not quite what you expected, we are happy to return it for a different item, or issue a full refund within 30 days of the ship date. Your return must be in its original condition and undamaged. If an error occurs on our end, we will remake the piece free of charge or issue a refund. Please fill out the Return Form Here
Damages:
If your item is damaged within 60 days of your order date please email us at griffinmaille@gmail.com and we will do what we can to help!
Merchandise Availability:
Griffin Maille prides itself for providing high-quality merchandise. Availability of the same, however, may vary from time to time. Some featured items may be available only in limited quantities or only till supplies last.
Once an item is out of stock, we will attempt to remove it promptly from display. However, display of an item on griffinmaille.com is not a guarantee that it is currently in stock or that it will be available on our website when you visit again.
Some featured items are made to order based on the selection of the stone size, stone quality, metal, etc. We manufacture each piece of custom-made jewelry from scratch. Griffin Maille is not responsible for the display of any color, size, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer screen and cannot guarantee the accuracy thereof. However, if you are dissatisfied with any item you purchase from griffinmaille.com, you can exchange or return it to us. As each product photograph is taken individually, products have not been sized relative to each other.
